Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
  3. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
  4. In another bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale.
  5. Mix the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
  6. Fold in the flour until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are set.
  9. Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
