Delicious no bake sugar free brownies that are easy to make and healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or sugar free sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour and cocoa powder.
  2. Add applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir until you form a sticky mixture.
  4. Add nuts if using and combine well.
  5. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store in the refrigerator.
  • Can be topped with sugar free chocolate or nuts.
