A simple, low-carb bread alternative that is light and fluffy like a cloud.

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  3. Beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix the yolks with cream cheese and salt until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites.
  6. Scoop batter onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
