- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in orange juice, zest, and yogurt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
