- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip each chicken strip in the beaten egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
