A simple and delicious pan-seared salmon served with a creamy dill sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down in the pan and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Mix sour cream, dill, lemon juice, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  6. Serve salmon with dill sauce on top.
