- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 teaspoons gelatin powder
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- In a saucepan, combine cream, milk, and sugar.
- Heat over medium until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add gelatin mixture to the warm cream mixture and stir until dissolved.
- Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- To serve, invert onto plates and garnish as desired.
Notes
- Serve with fresh berries or chocolate sauce.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
