A delicious dish featuring tilapia coated with parmesan and served with green beans.

Ingredients

  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each tilapia fillet with olive oil.
  4. Dredge tilapia in the cheese mixture, pressing to adhere.
  5. Place the coated fillets on a baking sheet.
  6. Arrange lemon slices on top of the tilapia.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
  8. While the fish bakes, cook green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
  9. Drain green beans and toss with butter and salt.
  10. Serve tilapia with green beans on the side.
