A refreshing and tropical dessert combining the tangy flavor of passionfruit with the creamy texture of coconut snow.

Ingredients

  • 4 passionfruits
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 tbsp agar-agar powder
  • 100ml water

Instructions

  1. Cut the passionfruits in half and scoop out the pulp.
  2. Strain the pulp to collect the juice, discarding the seeds.
  3. In a saucepan, mix the passionfruit juice, sugar, agar-agar, and water. Bring to a boil.
  4. Simmer for 2 minutes, then pour into molds. Let it cool and set in the fridge.
  5. Blend the coconut milk until frothy to create coconut snow.
  6. Serve the passionfruit gel topped with coconut snow.

Notes

  • Use fresh passionfruit for the best flavor.
  • Adjust sugar to taste.
  • For a thicker gel, increase the agar-agar slightly.
