  • 8 oz pasta (such as fettuccine or linguine)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 oz caviar (your choice)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Gently stir in caviar, reserving a small amount for garnish.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and remaining caviar before serving.
