- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
