A creamy and vibrant pink vodka pasta dish with a rich tomato and vodka sauce.

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in vodka and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and red pepper flakes. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat and add heavy cream. Mix well.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
