Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, ground pistachios, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Beat in egg and rose water.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Let cool before serving.
