Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Brown the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the pork chops and set aside.
  5. Add onions and garlic to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
