- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup diced pork
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced pork and cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Push the pork and vegetables to one side of the skillet.
- Pour beaten egg into the empty side and scramble until cooked.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper. Stir in green onions.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

- Use day-old rice for better texture.
