Deliciously rich and chewy premium chocolate chip cookies.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix flour and baking soda. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool on sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

  • For softer cookies, do not overbake.
  • Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
