Healthy protein-rich pancakes made with bananas and oats.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  2. Add oats, milk, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.
  5. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
