Easy-to-make puff pastry sausage rolls, perfect for snacks or parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 pork sausages
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 8 rectangles.
  3. Place a sausage on each pastry rectangle and roll to enclose.
  4. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
