A simple and delicious ravioli dish served in a rich brown butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh sage leaves
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook until it turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma.
  3. Add minced garlic and sage leaves to the butter. Sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Toss cooked ravioli in the brown butter sauce until well coated.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
