Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and water to form a dough.
  2. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
  3. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, combine pork, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut it into circles.
  6. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
  7. Fold and seal the dumplings.
  8. Steam the dumplings for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.
