  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet.
