- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink (2-3 minutes).
- Add bell peppers and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Place cooked rice in a bowl.
- Top with shrimp, bell peppers, and cucumber.
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes, green onion, and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
