A simple and delicious shrimp rice bowl that’s easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink (2-3 minutes).
  3. Add bell peppers and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  5. Place cooked rice in a bowl.
  6. Top with shrimp, bell peppers, and cucumber.
  7. Sprinkle red pepper flakes, green onion, and sesame seeds.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh shrimp for best results.
  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
