A quick and flavorful shrimp scampi pasta dish with garlic, butter, and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side.
  5. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Toss in cooked pasta and parsley. Mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve immediately.

  • Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
  • Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
