A rich and flavorful shrimp truffle pasta dish that combines succulent shrimp with earthy truffle flavors for a luxurious meal.

  • 8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp truffle oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir, then add truffle oil and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  5. Return cooked shrimp to the pan and toss with the sauce.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss until evenly coated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use high-quality truffle oil for the best flavor.
  • Adjust creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream.
  • For extra richness, add a splash of white wine to the sauce.
