- 3 lbs beef brisket
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the brisket on both sides.
