- 2 lbs beef flank steak, sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- Slice the beef flank steak into thin strips.
- In a slow cooker, combine beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the sliced beef to the slow cooker and stir well.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
- Stir the slurry into the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of soy sauce to your taste.
- Add red pepper flakes for some heat.
- Serve over cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
