- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour in coconut milk and add butter.
- Sprinkle garam masala, turmeric, cumin, paprika, and salt over the top.
- Stir to combine.
