A creamy and cheesy slow cooker dish made with cauliflower.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place cauliflower florets in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the cauliflower.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until cauliflower is tender.
  6. Stir to combine before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add crushed red pepper flakes.
  • You can substitute different types of cheese based on your preference.
