Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place pork chops in the slow cooker.
  4. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the pork chops.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, remove pork chops and keep warm.
  7. Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
  8. Add to the slow cooker and stir to thicken sauce.
  9. Serve sauce over pork chops.
