- 3 pounds pork shoulder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 orange, juiced
- 2 bay leaves
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the pork shoulder on all sides.
- Transfer pork to the slow cooker.
- Add onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, orange juice, and bay leaves.
