Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, onions)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breast in the slow cooker.
  2. Add vegetables on top of the chicken.
  3. Pour chicken broth over the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. Shred chicken before serving.
