  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and roll into balls.
  3. Place a ball of beef in the skillet and smash it flat with a spatula.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and crispy.
  6. Repeat with the remaining beef portions.
  7. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  8. Spread a small amount of mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on each tortilla.
  9. Place a smashed beef patty on each tortilla.
  10. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, cheese, and pickles.
  11. Serve immediately.
