Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  4. Meanwhile, steam the cauliflower until tender.
  5. In a bowl, combine steamed cauliflower, heavy cream, butter, and minced garlic. Mash until smooth.
  6. Serve the steaks with the cauliflower mash on the side.
