4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Flatten chicken breasts with a meat mallet.
Spread filling evenly over each chicken breast.
Roll up chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken rolls for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Transfer to baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
