A flavorful dish combining chicken, spinach, and feta cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in feta cheese and oregano.
  5. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach and feta mixture.
  6. Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
  7. Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
