  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  3. Stuff each pocket with spinach, prosciutto, and mozzarella.
