  • 10 oz fresh spinach
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat and add spinach to the skillet, cooking until wilted.
