- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Mix ground turkey, spinach, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
