  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add cold water and stir well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the gelatin mixture.
  5. Add sliced strawberries and mix gently.
