- 4 bell peppers
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
