  • 20 large white mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
  3. Chop stems finely and sauté in olive oil until soft.
  4. Mix sautéed stems with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stuff mushroom caps with the mixture.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
