- 1 chai tea bag
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1–2 tsp sugar-free sweetener (optional)
- Boil water in a small saucepan.
- Add the chai tea bag and let it steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag and stir in cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and nutmeg.
- Heat almond milk in a separate saucepan until warm but not boiling.
- Pour the spiced tea into a mug, then add the warm milk.
- Stir in sugar-free sweetener if desired.
- Enjoy hot.
