A warm and comforting sugar-free chai tea latte made with aromatic spices and your choice of milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 chai tea bag
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 12 tsp sugar-free sweetener (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a small saucepan.
  2. Add the chai tea bag and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bag and stir in cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and nutmeg.
  4. Heat almond milk in a separate saucepan until warm but not boiling.
  5. Pour the spiced tea into a mug, then add the warm milk.
  6. Stir in sugar-free sweetener if desired.
  7. Enjoy hot.
