- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine applesauce, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
