Delicious sugar-free keto brownies that are rich, fudgy, and low in carbs.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free sweetener (erythritol)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour batter into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
