- 1 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Mix peanut butter, melted coconut oil, erythritol, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir until fully combined.
- Pour mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
