  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar substitute (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, melted butter, sugar substitute, and vanilla to form the crust.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Whisk eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and sugar substitute for the filling.
  5. Pour the filling over the baked crust and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar substitute before serving.
