A healthy and flavorful dish featuring chicken, spinach, and a creamy Alfredo sauce without added sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream and Parmesan to make the Alfredo sauce.
  5. Place cooked chicken in a baking dish. Top with spinach and pour sauce over it.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  7. Serve hot.
