- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
