- 2 medium zucchini (for zoodles) or cheese sheets
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
