  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 oz imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup furikake
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Mix with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  3. In a bowl, combine shredded crab meat, mayonnaise, and sriracha.
  4. Grease a muffin tin with sesame oil. Press sushi rice into each cup to form a base.
  5. Top each rice cup with the crab mixture.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
