Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Slowly pour in beef broth while whisking.
  4. Add heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and nutmeg.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Serve over meatballs.
